Ministry

Ministry is where we are empowered to serve one another in love. The believe that living the love of Jesus means having a servant’s heart, giving ourselves willingly on the behalf of others, using the gifts given to us by the Holy Spirit.

It is our Ministry Teams that, through prayer and planning, seek God’s guidance and provide oversight for the various ministries of PCC. We have a dual focus for our ministry teams – people and programs. Teams share the joy of serving together by sharing in the Word, of their lives, and in prayer. Our Ministry Teams include: Care, Discipleship, Mission, Stewardship and Worship.

PCC PREP is a time for our Ministry Teams to gather (once every month or so) to empower our people for ministry that is PRayerful, Equipped, and Purposeful. PCC PREP is a time of praying for our ministries, of practical teaching for ministry, and of casting vision towards the purposes to which God has called us.

  
Class 301:

Recognizing that the Spirit has gifted everyone uniquely and desires to bring all these gifted individuals to serve together as one body, we offer a seminar that empowers people to discover how they have been “SHAPEd” by God. The “Class 301: Empowered for Ministry” seminar is offered once or twice a year, and includes a follow-up interview.
